❖ Arribada tardana a les activitats: És responsabilitat del client presentar-se puntualment a les activitats programades. En cas de retard, l’activitat es considerarà cancel·lada sense dret a reemborsament.

❖ Horaris oficials i canvis fora d’horari: Les activitats es desenvoluparan conforme als horaris oficials establerts. Si el client desitja realitzar canvis o programar activitats fora de l’horari oficial, això podrà realitzar-se amb un càrrec addicional, subjecte a disponibilitat. Es recomana consultar prèviament per gestionar els ajustos necessaris.

❖ Bo de confirmació: Una vegada reconfirmada la reserva, TGTE facilitarà l’itinerari definitiu juntament amb la confirmació de tots els serveis inclosos en el viatge. Durant tota la ruta, el client haurà de disposar, en format paper o digital, de la confirmació de tots els serveis facilitats per TGTE per presentar als establiments.

* La reserva de serveis turístics i compres de productes que figuren en aquest document es regirà per les condicions contractuals específiques amb les que han estat oferts i per les Condicions Generals aplicables als serveis de viatge i productes comercialitzats per Panavisión Tours que es publiquen en aquesta web, una còpia de les quals s'acompanyen aquest document.

* La confirmació de la reserva tal com obtinguda a través de Tours Compositor queda condicionada, a més, a la disponibilitat en el moment de realitzar l'Usuari el pagament de places als mitjans de transport, allotjaments, o qualsevol tipus de servei seleccionat dins de la tarifa seleccionada o utilitzada per a loferta.

* El preu final obtingut al document generat a través de Tours Compositor poden patir modificacions en el moment de sol·licitar i confirmar la reserva com a conseqüència de la política de preus dinàmics de les companyies aèries.

* Igualment, el preu final es condiciona en tot moment a la fluctuació de divisa, preu del carburant, impostos i recàrrecs turístics d'aeroports, allotjaments, bitllets aeris, serveis de manutenció, visats i en general totes aquelles que s'apliquin a serveis inclosos a el viatge, cosa que pot justificar una variació del preu, fins i tot després de confirmada la reserva en els termes i amb els límits previstos a la llei.

* Confirmada la reserva, s'aplicaran despeses de cancel·lació d'aquells serveis que prèviament s'han indicat, en el procés de reserva, que són “No reemborsables”.

* Aquest viatge pot no ser apte per a persones amb mobilitat reduïda. Consulteu amb la vostra agència sobre la seva idoneïtat en funció de les vostres necessitats personals.

* Es considera reserves de grups aquelles reserves o bloquejos efectuats per l'agència de 5 habitacions o més sota un mateix o diversos localitzadors amb idèntica data de creació, o realitzades en dates diferents i les dates d'estada de les reserves coincideixin en diversos dies o en tots. Per això, davant d'aquestes situacions, la majorista es reserva el dret de no acceptar aquestes reserves, i s'ha de confirmar el preu i la disponibilitat d'aquestes places expressament per aquesta i després de la cotització de les places i els preus a través del departament de grups.

* En el cas de fer la reserva, les tarifes no permeten modificacions. Cal cancel·lar i fer una nova reserva. Despeses de cancel·lació segons condicions de la tarifa.

SEGUR D'INCLUSIÓ A LES RESERVES VIATGES COMBINATS

Pel que fa a la nostra assegurança d'inclusió, aquesta assegurança inclou exclusivament aquelles persones que tenen la seva residència i origen del viatge a Espanya o Portugal.

CAPÍTOL I (Obligacions d'informació i contingut del contracte de viatge combinat), Article 153 (Informació precontractual.), punt 1, apartat H:

»1. Abans que el viatger quedi obligat per qualsevol contracte de viatge combinat o oferta corresponent, l'organitzador, i també el detallista, quan el viatge combinat es vengui a través d'aquest últim, proporcionaran al viatger el formulari amb la informació normalitzada relativa al viatge combinat que figura a l'annex II, A o B, així com la informació següent que resulti aplicable al viatge combinat:

"h) Informació sobre la subscripció d'una assegurança facultativa que cobreixi les despeses originades en cas que el viatger decideixi posar fi al contracte o les despeses d'assistència, incloses les de repatriació, en cas d'accident, malaltia o defunció."

Aquest apartat fa referència a l'obligació d'informar al client la possibilitat de contractar una assegurança, no a l'obligació d'incloure una assegurança al viatge, és a dir, el client té la facultat (opció) de contractar o no amb l'agència una assegurança . L'agència té l'obligació d'informar que és recomanable que el client contracti una assegurança que li inclogui, almenys, temes com ara repatriació,... el que bàsicament és l'assegurança d'inclusió.

Quan l'agència informa el client sobre la recomanació de contractar una assegurança per al viatge, ja és el client qui pot contractar una assegurança amb l'agència, o que la contracti directament amb qui vulgui.
